To use Polls
Please go to => User Settings => Polls 
Click Add New Poll

Put your desired Poll, Click Add.

Go to Send Bulk => Choose your Group => Choose your Poll => Click Send.
It's just simple like that.
Wait for the magic to happen.

NOTE : Poll cost 10% of total group size.
